As per the mandatory requirement of the regulatory authorities, affiliating university and Government, the institute has a well formulated Grievance Redressal Committee, to address the general and academic grievances of the students and staffs. The committee has its regular meetings as well as special meetings based on requirements. The committee takes necessary actions on genuine grievances which comes under the purview of the committee. If not, the issues will be brought to the notice of the authorities.

Objectives

• To promote and maintain a conducive environment in the institute
• To address the grievances of students and staff
• To receive suggestions from students and staff for improvement
• To create a platform where students and staffs can raise their genuine grievances regarding academic and general matters

Functions

• Timely redressal of the grievances in an impartial and fair approach
• Review the grievances as per rules and according to the policy
• Prepare necessary reports and submit to the authorities

Scope

The committee address the grievances related to academic and general matters. The grievance which does not come under the purview of the committee will be brought to the notice of the authorities for action.

Process

1. Students can submit their grievances through
1. A written letter to the Head of Department or to the Grievance Redressal Committee
2. College Students Grievance Redressal Mechanism is available in the Students Login https://mes.linways.com/student/ Students can login to the portal using their credentials and fill up the form.
2. The Grievances will be addressed by the committee through a meeting and necessary actions will be taken.
3. Inform the decisions taken to the authorities and the person raised the grievance.
