Eligibility
B.Tech
a. Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together.
b. Candidates should have qualified and be ranked in the KEAM/JEE.
M.Tech
a. Candidates should have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the Engineering Degree examination. For SEBC (OBC) students, a minimum of 54% aggregate marks in the Engineering Degree examination is mandatory.
b. Admission shall normally be restricted to those with valid GATE score. In case seats remain vacant due to lack of candidates with valid GATE score, candidates from Kerala State without valid GATE score will be considered against such vacancies. If seats are still remaining vacant, candidates from other States will be considered for admission.
MCA
a. Passed B.C.A/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ B.Sc (IT) / B.E(CSE)/ B.Tech (CSE) / B.E(IT) / B.Tech (IT) or equivalent Degree.
OR
b. Passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc / B.Com. /B.A./ B. Voc./ etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level.
c. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved/PWD category) in the qualifying examination. (for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the respective University/ Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the concerned University).
d. Candidates should have qualified and be ranked in the MCA Entrance Examination conducted by LBS.
B.Arch
a. Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects are eligible for Architecture program.
b. In addition to the academic eligibility prescribed under clause (a), only those candidates who score the minimum eligibility marks as per the Information Brochure of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) will be considered for admission to B. Arch. program. There is no relaxation in the minimum passing score of NATA to any category.
B.Tech(Lateral Entry)
a. Diploma in Engineering (3 year course) awarded by the State Board of Technical Education or Equivalent with at least 45% marks.
b. Candidates should have qualified and be ranked in the B.Tech Lateral Entry Entrance Examination.
M.Arch
a. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university with at least 60% aggregate marks.

Submission of Applications
Instructions for filling the Application form:
- Applications found incomplete will be rejected.
- If any information furnished by the candidate in the application is found false or erroneous, his name will be removed from the rank list.
Entrance Test Details
The seats other than those set apart to be filled by the Management, will be filled by the Government as per the merit list prepared on the basis of Common Entrance Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination, Government of Kerala as per rules framed by the Government.
For Management quota of seats also the admission will be made from the ranklist prepared on the basis of CEE conducted by the Government of Kerala. For admission to Architecture course, selection will be from the rank list prepared as per the guidelines of Council of Architecture.
Therefore, applicants seeking admission under Management quota should have necessarily written the Common Entrance Test conducted by the Government of Kerala and for Architecture, NATA conducted by COA. They should submit application separately in the prescribed form along with the enclosures to this college.
Campus Facilities
CENTRAL LIBRARY
The institution has a well established fully automated Central Library. Having a total collection of 69000+ Volumes of books, 24000+ Unique titles amounting 4.5 crores and 203 National and International Journals relevant in the field of engineering technology and management; library cater to the requirements of the academic community as a whole. We provide Book Bank facility for economically backward students, extends resource sharing with other Libraries, and offers services to neighboring community. Each department of the college is equipped with department library. Library is fully automated with bar-code facility. With On-line Public Access Catalog (OPAC), independent information retrieval by library users is possible from anywhere in the campus. A Xerographic section is also functioning in the library. The library is an active member of reputed organizational bodies like DELNET, IEEE, ASME, ASCE, INSDAG, IET etc.
DIGITAL LIBRARY
A state of the art Digital Repository which can give access to 13100+ e-Journals, 1580+ e-Books, On-line journals, 4400+ CD ROMs, 560+ DVDs, 7800+ Bound back volume journals, 1100+ Project reports, 290+ Mini projects, 3200+ Seminar reports, 50+ thesis reports, 398+ Indian Standard Codes and Question paper archives-meet the information requirments of academic community of the college. E-access is possible to IEEE, ELSEVIER, ASME, ASCE, J-GATE, ASTM, SPRINGER, Mc GRAW HILL and RMIT Database. More than 3000 Users are benefiting from these facilities. Timely procurement of up to date information resources to keep pace with the changing of science and technology, makes library the last resort of information seekers.
CAMPUS WIDE NETWORK,CAMPUS SOFTWARE AND INTERNET FACILITY
College is fully networked with a campus wide network interconnecting all departments and sections in to a single LAN. The network is having a fibre backbone of 1 Gig capacity. A campus software is capturing profile of all students through which the performance of the student can be assessed by any faculty any where in the campus. The parents can evaluate the performance of their wards from the home itself through the web. Leased line Internet connection having 100 Mbps Bandwidth is being catered across the campus.Internet facility is available at all times in the campus.
FULL FLEDGED HOSTEL FACILITY
A Women's Hostel with capacity of 750 and a Mens Hostel with capacity of 750 are functioning within the college campus.A rented Mens Hostel with a capacity of 100 is additionally faciltated.Since only limited number of hostel seats are available, admission is restricted.Preference will be given to those who come from far off places and those who have good academic records
COMPUTING FACILITY
The college is equiped with more than 1100 latest configuration computer terminals across the campus. Each department run their own computer centre(s) with sufficient number of computers and accessories.A separate Computer Center is set up in the Ladies Hostel for the benefit of its inmates.
CO-OPERATIVE STORE
A registered co-operative society store is functioning in the college to help staff and students in the purchase of books and other stationery items.The store will be open from 9 am to 5 pm on all working days.
GYMNASIUM
Gymnasium is available in the Mens Hostel as well as Ladies Hostel with all latest equipments.Students and Staff members can avail this facility in the morning as well as evening
COLLEGE BUS
There are two college buses running to Kottakkal and Kunnamkulam from the college campus and back,on all working days for the convenience of students and members of staff.
TRAINING & PLACEMENT
A full fledged Training and Placement cell under the charge of a Senior Professor is functioning in the College.
GUEST HOUSE
The college has a well-furnished Guest House with 10 A/C Rooms meant for visiting faculties and guests of the College.In addition guest room facility is arranged in the Campus Mens Hostel.
MEDICAL AID
A Lady Doctor is available in the campus between 12.30 P.M. to 1.30 P.M. A seperate clinic is functioning inside the campus for the practice of the medical officer.
BANK
A full fledged branch of Punjab National Bank is functioning inside the campus with ATM facility.
CANTEEN
A canteen is functioning inside the campus for providing quality-catering facilities for the students and staff at moderate rate.
MOSQUE
The college has a spacious Mosque for Muslim students (including girls) to conduct their prayers.
