2-Week FDP on ‘‘Sustainable Development in Mitigating Climate Change’’
Date : 15-02-2021
Greetings from MES School of Architecture, MES College of Engineering, Kuttippuram!
The global disruption caused by the COVID-19 has brought about several effects on the environment and climate. The pandemic has rocked mankind. Though for decades now deliberations on cause, effects and actions to be taken to mitigate climate change have been deliberated, this is the right time to ponder over the vulnerability of human beings and the urgency of undertaking the right path of development to be pursued.
Current architectural pedagogy is not equipped to foster an effective impact in creating awareness towards climate change and finding solutions for sustainable development. Here in the wake of context, MES School of Architecture, Kuttippuram, is glad to organize a 2-Week Faculty Development Programme on ‘‘Sustainable Development in Mitigating Climate Change’’ from February 15 - February 27, 2021 sponsored by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India.
This FDP aims at bridging the gap by enabling faculty to effectively understand the complexities of climate change and possibilities of sustainability to ensure holistic development.
All the participants will receive joint certificates from AICTE and the conducting institute who have attended the program and have scored minimum 60% marks in the test towards the end of the FDP.
Join us with the 27 esteemed speakers for the impending series of talks and discussion of 11 days. Book your seats, the last date for registration is 10/02/2021.
