Dr MA Abdulla was educated at Madras Medical College. He served Government Medical College, Calicut as TB & Chest Specialist for 15years. Was the Medical Superintendent at Chest Hospital, Calicut from 1974. A staunch Social worker, he has served in various capacities including General Secretary and President of MES from its inception in 1964 and also served as Chairman of the Managing Committee of MES College of Engineering from 1994 to 2003

Mr. T.P. Imbichammad is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Trivandrum Engineering College and has undergone advanced training in machine tools in Czechoslovakia and Germany. He was trained in process management in U.S. He was the Chairman of Transformers and Electricals Kerala Ltd (TELK) and in past he has served on the board of many leading Companies like Kerala Electronic Development Corporation (KELTRON), Steel Industries Kerala Ltd (SILK), Travancore Cochin Chemicals Ltd (TCC), Travancore Titanium Products Ltd (TTP), Premier Tyres, etc. He was also the Chairman of Travancore Cements Ltd. Presently he is the Chairman of Sienna group of Companies based in India and U.S. manufacturing advanced technology products with factories in Madras Export Processing Zone. As an academician, he was on the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, and Senate Member of Tamilnadu MGR Medical University. Presently for the last 2 terms he is a Syndicate Member of Madras University and Chairman and Trustee of many important Committees of University. He was member on the high level Committee appointed by Government of Kerala for Industry and (Educational) Institution Interaction. Presently he is the Secretary General of All India Muslim Educational Society and he is on the Managing Committee of several Educational Institutions in the Country. He is widely travelled and as a professional manager represents many trade and social service bodies.

Prof. P.O.J.Lebba was educated at College of Engineering, Trivandrum and Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (M.Tech). He has over 40 years of academic experience as teacher & administrator. He is a member of several Professional Societies. He served ISTE as its Vice President for one term. He has been the Principal of TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, Consultant to AICTE, Member of AICTE & its Southern Regional Committee, Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, University of Kerala. He continues to be associated with AICTE & other academic bodies as Expert Member, Convener etc. He has actively involved himself as member of several academic bodies like Academic Council, Boards of Studies, Senate of Universities in Kerala, and Governing Bodies of Engineering Colleges as AICTE nominee and Public bodies like, State Council for Vocational Education, Kollam Public Library, Energy Management Centre etc. He was the President of Energy Conservation Society for several years.He is nominated as Syndicate Member of Cochin University of Science and Technology. He is now General Secretary of Muslim Educational Society. He is also Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Cochin University of Science and Technology.

Prof. V.H.Abdul Salam is a renowned Civil Engineer. He has versatile professional, academic and administrative experience. He graduated in 1972 with B.Sc. (Engineering) from Kerala University securing the first rank. He obtained his M.Tech degree & Ph.D. from Cochin University of Science & Technology. He was the Head of Engineering Department, CUSAT during 2003-2006. Before assuming charge as the University Engineer of the Cochin University of Science and Technology in 2003, he was the Chief Engineer of Greater Cochin Development Authority under Government of Kerala, where he served for more than 2 decades since 1977. He has served in Kerala State Electricity Board and Government of India in the Central Public Works Department during 1972-1977. The job position he held includes an assignment of PDO Muscat in Sultanate of Oman during the year 1982-’83. Dr.Abdul Salam is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India) and a Fellow of Indian Institution of Bridge Engineers. He is a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education. He is a Sub Committee member of Kerala Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Board Member of the Vigyan Valley Education Trust. He has served as Chairman, Managing Committee of MES Udyogamandal School (affiliated to the Council of the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi) and MES Eastern School, Eloor during 2003-2005 in Cochin. He is a Managing Committee Member of N.Musthafa Sahib Memorial M.E.S. Charitable Complex and a Trust member of the Ernakulam Karayogam Charitable Trust. He has been active as Advisor and Technical Consultant in Construction Project Management to various organizations in our State including Municipalities, Corporations, KHDP, etc. He has number of research publications to his credit. He has visited Europe and Gulf countries. Presently, Dr.Abdul Salam is the Principal of MES College of Engineering since 2nd April, 2007.

Born in July 1940, Dr. K P Mohammed, Director, graduated in Mechanical Engineering in the year 1963 from College of Engineering, Trichur, Kerala, India. He worked in an ERW pipe manufacturing company from July 63. He took his Masters Degree in Heat Power Engineering in the year 1967. He joined Regional Engineering College, REC, Calicut, Kerala as Lecturer in October 1967 and served the College till February 1978. During December 1970 to June 1974 he worked as a full time scholar at IIT Madras, on deputation from the REC, Calicut and successfully completed the Ph.D Degree. He worked in the field of Turbomachines and his Ph.D. Thesis on Axial flow fan with forward swept blades was highly commended. His eleven year service at the REC, Calicut, is perhaps the most productive period in his career. He and a team of colleagues successfully completed some major industrial projects, the notable being the development of Boiler feed Pump for a leading utility Boiler manufacturer in India. He left REC, Calicut in February 1978 to join another REC at Tiruchirappalli as Asst. Professor and in November 1981 he was selected as Professor of Mechanical Engineering. In June 1985 he was made Head of the department and he served in that capacity till July 1998. His twenty long years of services at the REC, Tiruchirappally was the most satisfying in that he earned accolades both from academicians and industrialists for his contribution. He was mainly responsible for establishing a technology park as an adjunct to the REC, Tiruchi. He developed two new Post Graduate courses, one to cater to the needs of Boiler manufacturers and the other on Industrial Safety. He has number of publications to his credit. He joined Crescent Engineering College, Chennai in July 1998 as Principal, and served the institution till November 2005. Currently with our institution since November 2005.

Dr M Achuthan graduated from Madras University (GCT, Coimbatore) in 1960 & obtained his M.Tech. & Ph. D. degrees from IIT, Bombay. Joined the faculty of IIT, Bombay and served for nearly 40 years in several positions. Superannuated as Professor of Mechanical Engineering in 2001. Taught several subjects such as Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Systems Engineering, etc. Has guided over number of students for their UG, PG and Ph.D. theses. Has published a number of papers in the National and International Journals and Conferences. Has been technical consultant for organisations. Is a member of several professional societies including Fellow of IEI.

Graduated in Physics in 1962 and in Electrical Engineering in 1966 from the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram (University of Kerala). He acquired Masters degree in Control Systems in 1975 from the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram. He served the Department of Technical Education, Govt. of Kerala for a period of nearly 30 years in several positions and worked as Professor and Head in Govt. Engineering Colleges with effect from 1987. He is also currently working as the Professor and Head of Electronics and Communication Engineering Department. He is at present a member of Board of Studies and Faculty of Engineering and also a member of selection committee in the University of Calicut. He is a member of IEEE. He has guided a number of PG Projects and undertakes Industrial Consultancy.

Graduated from the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram in 1970 (University of Kerala) and acquired Masters degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1977. He is an eminent professional educationalist and administrator. His professional work includes projects abroad also. He is the former Director of Technical Education, Kerala and former Principal of Government Engineering College, Thrissur. He has served as member in the Managing committees of various institutions including Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, LBS, IHRD, State Committee for Science & Technology etc. He was also member of inspection teams of the AICTE/COA and member in academic and administrative bodies of Kerala University, Calicut University and Cochin University of Science & Technology.
