Instructions for filling the Application form

Note : Please read the information brochure carefully before filling up the application form. Do not send back the instruction sheet or information brochure with the filled in application.

  • Name of the Applicant : Write your name in CAPITAL letters as given in the records of the Secondary School Examination.
  • Name of Parent/Guardian : Please give the name of father or mother. Guardian's name to be given only if parents are not alive. Also write income of your parent/guardian.
  • Address : Complete postal address with name of District and Pin code to be given.
  • Date of Birth : Write in the order of Date, Month and Year. E.g. If you were born on 9th April, 1989 write 09-04-1989.
  • Details of amount remitted towards the cost of application form : Attach original receipt obtained for payment of cost of application form.
  • The applicants have to furnish self-attested copies of mark list/proof of marks awarded within 10 days of publication of results of qualifying examination and entrance examination.
  • Attach one self addressed envelope of 10cm x 22cm size affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/- and a self addressed post card for acknowledgement.
  • Completed application along with enclosures should be sent to the Principal, MES College of Engineering, Kuttippuram, Thrikkanapuram P.O., Malappuram Dt., Pin- 679573.
  • Belated or wrongly addressed application is liable to be rejected.

    Applications found incomplete and defective will be rejected.
